ONLINE TRAINING
The online option is for people who are time poor, live remotely or for people who may not be comfortable training in a gym or out in public. I believe everyone should have access to a fitness professional no matter what your situation is! Together we can achieve great results with or without any equipment. We will focus on bodyweight exercises and utilise objects in your house to get you moving. I've been called the Macgyver of personal training!
We have 2 options for online training
1. Connect via a video chat - all you need is a small amount of space and a stable wifi connection.
2. Online programming - I will write you a custom workout plan to suit your goals. I will give you access to Trainerize fitness app. All I need to know is what your goal is and what equipment your gym has to offer.
